FROM OUR FARM TO YOUR TABLE
ʻUla ʻUla Cafe began as a natural extension of Waiheʻe Valley Plantation.
What started as a working farm rooted in mālama ʻāina and local agriculture grew into a place where people wanted to slow down, explore the land, and share a good meal. The food truck was created to bring the farm’s story directly to the plate.
Everything we serve is inspired by what grows here and what Maui does best. Simple food. Fresh ingredients. Honest flavors. No shortcuts.
ʻUla ʻUla means red, a nod to the richness of the soil, the fruit of the land, and the energy that comes from growing and sharing food together. The cafe is our way of welcoming people in and feeding them well after time spent in the valley.

Chicken Satay
Tender chicken thighs marinated in coconut and sweet soy, grilled to perfection and served with a rich Thai peanut sauce.
Mochiko Bites
Chicken thighs marinated in ginger, garlic, and scallion, coated in a light mochiko batter and fried until crispy. Served with a bright lilikoi dijon aioli.
Hurricane Fries
Crispy seasoned fries drizzled with sriracha aioli and sweet soy, topped with furikake and a touch of togarashi for a perfect spicy savory crunch.
Handhelds
Kalua Pork Tacos
Shredded kalua pork layered with romaine, tomato, pickled onion, and Thai chili aioli. Served with a side of fries.
Katsu Sandwich
Crispy fried chicken katsu layered with house katsu slaw on a soft taro bun. Served with a side of fries.
Blackened Fish Tacos
Blackened fresh catch topped with ling hing mui pineapple slaw, onion cilantro aioli, and pickled onions. Served with a side of fries.
Plate Lunch
Beef Loco Moco
Maui Cattle beef patty topped with house mushroom gravy, sautéed onions, and two eggs over easy. Comes with rice and mac salad.
Teriyaki Chicken Tacos
Teriyaki chicken, sweet potato tortilla, spicy Lilikoi Dijon
Chicken Katsu
Crispy fried chicken thighs served with classic katsu sauce. Comes with rice and mac salad.
